Technical Details
– All photos are printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper by a Hahnemühle certified print center.
– We specifically provide only black as a frame color.
– Listed sizes are the end-to-end paper sizes, including white mat (approx. 5cm on each side) surrounding the photo.
– Dimensions of the prints with frames have additional 3-5 cm on the sides and 4 cm in depth due to frame.
– Prints with a frame has special museum glass on to reduce reflection and enhance visual aesthetic.
– Each artwork is certified with its current edition as a sign of genuinety.
How to Order
For a short period of time, you can purchase our artworks over our Etsy shop that you can easily navigate through by clicking the button “Buy on Etsy”.
Production & Shipping
– For now, we can only accept orders from EU, UK and Canada.
– As each step of the production and shipping requires intense care, the whole process takes up 3-4 weeks including delivery.
– Your order will be delivered by FedEx.
– After your print is handed over to delivery service, further information including “track number” will be provided.
– Only-print orders will be delivered in a high protective tube placed in a wooden box.
– Prints with a frame will be delivered in wooden boxes to ensure maximum protection for the artwork.
Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
– We wish that you won’t change your mind but if you do, feel free to cancel your order within the 48 hours of your purchase.
– We hope that we’ve emphasized enough how well we want to take care of each artwork by not just technical details but also with the fact that they are specially produced to order and certified for their owner. Therefore, with few exceptions listed below, we DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange
– Exchange is only possible in case where the artwork is damaged. For this reason, you must prove that the artwork has been damaged with a video that you will shoot in accordance with the following instructions.
– Record the opening of the box with a camera positioned on a tripod or fixed on a surface, without cropping the video (UnCut), without moving out of the frame for even a second and without blocking the view.
– Send the recorded video to our e-mail address.
– For returns, you must use the FedEx company that initially delivered the product to you.
– Depending on the damage of the product, we may ask you to destroy the damaged artwork. Then, you will also be needed to record the destruction process on a video as stated above.

– Please provide correct and precise shipping address while ordering, regret to inform that we won’t be responsible for inaccurate addresses.
– As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual artwork may vary slightly from the pictures in the gallery.
