Technical Details
– All artworks are printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper by a Hahnemühle certified print center.
– The artwork will be shipped unframed. If you would like a frame, we can make the necessary arrangements through our partner company in your country.
– Listed artwork sizes are the end-to-end picture sizes, not including the white mat surrounding the photo. Our standard mat dimension is 10cm from each side of the print. Upon request, this size can be reduced down to 5cm from each side. Please do not forget to consider the size change in your purchases.
– Each artwork is certified with its current edition as a sign of originality.

How to Order
To place an order, we kindly ask you to complete the “order” form first. Then, our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible to discuss further details.

Production & Shipping
– For now, we can only accept orders from the EU, UK and Canada.
– As each step of the production and shipping requires intense care, the whole process takes up 3-4 weeks including delivery.
– After your print is handed over to the delivery service, all the necessary information including “track number” will be provided to your side.
– Only-print orders will be delivered in a high protective tube placed in a wooden box.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
– We wish that you won’t change your mind but if you do, feel free to cancel your order within the 48 hours of your purchase.
– We hope that we’ve emphasized enough how well we want to take care of each artwork by not just technical details but also with the fact that they are specially produced to order and certified for their owner. Therefore, with few exceptions listed below, we DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges.
— Wrong artwork or size (receiving a different artwork from the one purchased)
— Damaged product

How to Return or Exchange
– Exchange is only possible in case where the artwork is damaged. For this reason, you must prove that the artwork has been damaged with a video that you will shoot in accordance with the following instructions.
– Record the opening of the box with a camera positioned on a tripod or fixed on a surface, without cropping the video (UnCut), without moving out of the frame for even a second and without blocking the view.
– Send the recorded video to our e-mail address.
– For returns, you must use the FedEx company that initially delivered the product to you.
– Depending on the damage of the product, we may ask you to destroy the damaged artwork. Then, you will also be needed to record the destruction process on a video as stated above.

– As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual artwork may vary slightly from the pictures in the gallery.
